LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
nVent warrants all its industrial and building construction heating products, when paid for and properly installed, commissioned, operated and maintained, against faulty workmanship and/or use of defective materials for a period of two (2) years from date of purchase. Details

WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO TO BENEFIT FROM OUR WARRANTY POLICY?
- Install, test and commission the system using our guidelines.
- For warranty extension register the installation online within 30 days from date of installation
- As soon as you experience a problem, pick up the phone or send us an email; the sooner we know of the issue, the quicker we can put it right. If you have the warranty document reference, this will really help speed things up, but if you haven’t, don’t worry – we’ll do our best to track it based on the location of the installation.
Then, depending on the type of issue, we’ll either ask you to return the product to us for repair or replacement, or we will send a member of our field service team to repair or replace the product on site.
Make sure you have the required installation documentation available for us as this will really help us deliver a speedy resolution to the issue.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
A Limited Product Warranty covers all goods listed in the policy document (H57396) for a period of (2) years from date of purchase.
Properly install, operate and maintain your nVent Thermal Management system as specified in the associated nVent Thermal Management installation literature.
A Limited Product Warranty Extension covers the cables and associated components and accessories for an extended amount of time as stated in the policy document (H57397).
To benefit from this extended product warranty, you must complete and retain the Installation, Inspection or system testing records and complete the online warranty registration form at
www.nVentthermal.com within thirty (30) days from the date of installation, otherwise only standard limited warranty applies. The extended warranty remains subject to all of the terms and conditions set out in nVent Thermal Management Limited Product Warranty (H57396).
You should promptly notify nVent Thermal Management, or their nVent Thermal Management Representative, either by written correspondence or by e-mail within thirty (30) days after discovery of an alleged warranty issue. Detailed warranty claim information will be requested at this time and must be supplied by you. You may then be asked to return the goods, postage paid, to the location given by nVent Thermal Management.
